Happy Thursday, you’ve almost made it to the end of the week! I wanted to add a little sweet treat to your day by sharing the most beautiful downtown wedding one of our brides just hosted. If you dream of a city wedding with pops of color, full of love and FUN, use this as your inspo.
COURTNEY’S AISLE STYLE
Courtney came shopping with just her and her mom. She had been to other boutiques, but when she came in she said “There’s a dress here that I think is the one.” I know what you’re thinking, bold statement for a dress you’ve only seen in pictures, right?! Well, as the saying goes: when you know, you know. We tried on some other styles to work our way up to Courtney’s dress, but she was just so excited to put it on! When we did, we came out to show her mom and I will never forget the look in both of their eyes. Her mom looked at her for just a moment - the way every mom looks at her daughter as a bride - and they both said, in unison, “this is the one”. It was so special to witness and that’s truly how you know! It is an overwhelming feeling that takes over and you can see it in the bride’s eye.
Courtney said yes to a gorgeous ballgown designed by Moonlight Couture. The gown is made from a structured Mikado fabric, detailed with pearls around the neck and waistlines, and complete with a perfectly shaped basque waist that created the most beautiful silhouette.
We completed her #aislestyle with a dramatic silk tulle veil scattered with pearls, and pearl drop earrings — both designed by Sara Gabriel Veils. It was perfect!
